Belthasar is one of the three wise men in 1200 A.D and were  sent  to 
    2300 A.D. as his exile.  He is popularly known as the guru of reason and 
    was responsible for the creation of the Time Machine  known  as  Epoch. 
    After expiring, he transported his memory  and  knowledge  to  a  robotic 
    Nu, which took care of all his tasks unfinished.
