Sir Cyrus is Glenn's(Frog) best friend and first knight of the Guardian 
    army.  He is strong and brave and has kept Guardia in peace for a  long 
    time and served as the personal bodyguard of  Queen  Leene.  He  was  
    killed in a battle with Magus and Ozzie which  also  resulted  to  Glenn's 
    transformation to Frog.  He can use the Masamune in its  true  potential 
    and still helps Crono and the others find justice even in the after life.
